3.8-point earthquake hits Kazakhstan’s Almaty region
An earthquake measuring 3.8 points on the Richter scale has occurred today 265 km away from Almaty in Kazakhstan. This information appeared on the site of the seismological experimental and methodological expedition of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The underground shakes (depth of 10 km) were recorded at 13.40 am on Almaty time. There is no information about seismic intensity on the MSK-64 scale, Sputnik Kazakhstan reports.
