Austrian Airlines to terminate flights to Baku
Austrian Airlines will terminate its Vienna-Baku flights from January 2016, the company’s Baku representative office said.
The last Vienna-Baku-Vienna flights will be on January 11. "The tickets of passengers who have already purchased tickets for a later date will be rebooked free of charge on any other airline with the most appropriate flight," Trend cited the company as saying.
The reason is the low demand for this route, but the company did not rule out the possibility of resuming flights in the future.
Currently, Austrian Airlines carries outà Vienna-Baku-Vienna flights three times a week.
