Cairo demands Ankara not to interfere in internal affairs of Egypt
Today Egyptian Foreign Ministry spokesman Ahmed Abu Zeid announced Cairo’s demand that Ankara stop interfering in the internal affairs of the country. The statement was made by Turkish official representative Ibrahim Kalin about the change of power in Egypt as a result of the military coup.
"Ankara should stop denying the reality of Egypt's international status,’’ he added.
"Turkey should pay attention to the violations of human rights and freedom of expression inside its country, as well as in relation to citizens who seek their freedom," Tass cites him as saying.
