Change in format of Putin-Trump Paris meeting not due to disagreements
Russian President Vladimir Putin and US President Donald Trump will hold a brief meeting on November 11 on the sidelines of the commemorative events in Paris on the 100th anniversary of World War I armistice, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said adding that the change in the format is not linked to any disagreements or other problems in bilateral relations, TASS reported.
"In this case, it is not due to disagreements, it is rather due to the format of the multilateral events dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the First World War. This format does not allow the two presidents to meet in the full format. That's why it was decided that they will have a brief meeting and agree between themselves on when to hold a full meeting," Peskov said.
