Earthquake kills 4 people in south of Iran

Crisis Management Office of Khonj town said in a statement released on Friday morning that 4 foreign nationals living in an orchard's guardroom were killed and one was injured after the room was ruined by the quake. Three othe people injured in Chartala village were taken to the hospitalm but were discharged after ambulatory surgery.

An earthquake measuring 5.1 on the Richter scale rocked the town of Khonj in Fars province on Friday morning. The epicenter of the quake was in an area at longitude of 53.18 and latitude of 28.11. The earthquake occurred at 06:03 local time, IRNA reports.
