Erdogan: Moscow and Ankara sign documents on S-400 supplies
Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said that Russia and Turkey have signed documents of S-400 air defense supplies.
"Russia and we took necessary steps, signatures have been put," Erdogan said speaking at a ruling party session.
"We hope to see S-400 in our country and we will also request the joint production of these systems," Turkish TV channel Haber7 cited him as saying.
Russian president’s press secretary Dmitry Peskov said that the Kremlin refrains from commenting Erdogan’s statement about signing a contract with Russia on supplies of S-400 systems.
