Heads of state and government congratulate Kazakh President on his birthday
Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev celebrates his 77th birthday today.
Russian President Vladimir Putin has wished a happy birthday to Nazarbayev in a greeting message, praising his contribution to his country's socioeconomic development and the strengthening of its positions on the global arena, the Kazakh presidential press service reported.
"It is impossible to overestimate your personal contribution to strengthening the allied relationship and strategic partnership between our states and also to stepping up mutually beneficial integration processes and ensuring security in the Eurasian area," Interfax cited Putin as saying.
"I highly value mutual understanding and confidence existing between us. We work productively together on all issues on the bilateral, regional and international agenda," he said.
Putin wished Nazarbayev good health, happiness, well-being, and new achievements to the benefit of the people of Kazakhstan.
Chinese President Xi Jinping in his congratulations telegram noted the importance and special dynamics of the Kazakh-Chinese relations development and expressed readiness to further deepen the all-round strategic partnership between the two countries.
"In recent years, political mutual trust between China and Kazakhstan has been continuously deepening," Xi Jinping's telegram reads.
Chinese President wished Nazarbayev strong health and well-being in all his undertakings.
Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev stressed the fast pace of socio-economic and cultural development of Kazakhstan under the wise and far-sighted leadership of Nursultan Nazarbayev and emphasized Kazakhstan's active participation in global processes.
Ilham Aliyev highly praised the President's merits in preserving the traditions of friendship and good-neighborliness between Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan.
President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko stressed that independent Kazakhstan's achievements are inextricably linked with the activities of Nursultan Nazarbayev.
President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko congratulated Nursultan Nazarbayev on his birthday calling his work as the President of Kazakhstan an example of tireless service to the state.
President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev noted the results of large-scale projects and programs for the benefit of the people of Kazakhstan under the leadership of Nazarbayev.
Tajik President Emomali Rahmon especially noted Nursultan Nazarbayev's contribution to the steady development and prosperity of Kazakhstan and to the strengthening of his authority among the world community.
Kyrgyz President Almazbek Atambayev also congratulated his Kazakh counterpart.
"All the successes of fraternal Kazakhstan — social-economic achievements, implementation of global projects and strengthening the country's image in the international arena — are the visible result of your far-sighted policy," the message addressed to Nazarbayev reads.
Atambayev assured that the friendly and partnership relations between Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan will continue to develop and expand. Kyrgyz leader wished Nazarbayev good health, successes, and peace and prosperity to the brotherly nation of Kazakhstan.
Turkmen President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov noted that Turkmenistan highly appreciates the personal contribution of the President of Kazakhstan to the development of cooperation between the two countries and expressed confidence in further strengthening of bilateral relations.
President of the Republic of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan underlined the special contribution of Nursultan Nazarbayev to the development of the country, strengthening its authority in the international arena as well as enhancing the Kazakh-Armenian relations.
"The traditions of friendship and mutual respect between the Armenian and Kazakh peoples play an important role in the progressive expansion of the bilateral political, trade-economic and humanitarian partnership," the telegram reads.
Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev, on behalf of the Government of the Russian Federation and on his own behalf, congratulated the President of Kazakhstan on his birthday.
He praised the results of the joint implementation of mutually beneficial projects in energy, industry, transport infrastructure, science and culture and stressed the intensive dialogue between public organizations and business communities of the two countries.
