Ilham Aliyev and Johannes Hahn discuss relations between Azerbaijan and EU

A meeting between Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and EU Commissioner for Neighbourhood Policy and Enlargement Johannes Hahn took place today at the Munich Security Conference.

The talks were focused on the current state of cooperation between Azerbaijan and the European Union, in particular, the importance of mutual visits for strengthening of contacts.

The parties noted successful development of energy cooperation between the republic and the Union and their intention to continue to work hard to increase it. They also exchanged views on other issues.
