Ilham Aliyev expresses condolences to people of Turkey in connection with terrorist attack in Ankara
Today, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has sent a letter of condolence over the deaths of people during the terrorist attack on a peace rally in Ankara to the President of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
"Reports about numerous casualties, caused by explosions in Ankara, deeply shocked me. We are deeply outraged by this act of terrorism, and we believe that a global fight against all forms of terrorism is necessary," Trend cites the text of the document.
"I share your grief over this tragedy, on my behalf and on behalf of the Azerbaijani people, I express to you, the families and friends of those who died, to the brotherly people of Turkey, sincere condolences and wish recovery for the injured and victims," Ilham Aliyev said.
