Iran to supply enriched uranium to Russia
Iran will sell its enriched uranium to Russia, according to its obligations in the JCPOA, the head of the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran (AEOI), Ali Akbar Salehi, said.
He also noted that both countries are in the final stage of an agreement for nuclear fuel exchange with Russia.
According to Salehi, the Iranian delegation successfully negotiated on this issue in Moscow. "We have about 9 metric tons of enriched uranium, and we opted to sell this amount. In accordance with our commitments, we have the right to sell enriched uranium in world markets," Trend cited him as saying.
