"Recently Russian delegation headed by Sergey Lavrov visited Spain. Head of the Russian Foreign Ministry awarded resident of Madrid, who spent many years donating paintings and supporting Soviet and Russian artists. She collected and demonstrated this collection, and then she returned part of her works to Russia. She believed and still believes that Russia is a part of her life," Zakharova said.
