NCFU offers Azerbaijani universities to cooperate in formation of future elites
Director of the Humanitarian Institute of the North Caucasus Federal University (NCFU), Head of the Philosophy Department Alexei Yerokhin, speaking at the round table titled 'Strengthening of bilateral cooperation in the humanitarian sphere" of the 8th Russian-Azerbaijani Interregional Forum in Stavropol, told about the contacts of the NCFU with Azerbaijani universities.
"In total, 24,000 people of 83 nationalities are our students. We are currently cooperating with the Azerbaijan Institute of Tourism, the Slavic and Baku State Universities, the Azerbaijan Technical University. Representatives of the Azerbaijan Republic are studying at the university," the correspondent of Vestnik Kavkaza cited him as saying,
The projects of cooperation with these Azerbaijani universities include the exchange of students and teachers, student internships in oil and gas production in Azerbaijan.
Russia's Stavropol is hosting the eighth Russian-Azerbaijani inter-regional forum under the motto "Investments, innovations and tourism". Co-organized by the Russian Ministry of Economic Development and Azerbaijan's Ministry of Economy, the forum will feature round tables on a number of issues, including on cooperation in industrial and humanitarian spheres, development of tourism, and innovations in the field of healthcare.
