OSCE to monitor contact line near Gazakh district
The OSCE will monitor the line of contact between Azerbaijani and Armenian troops on February 21, Azerbaijan’s Defense Ministry said in a statement.
The monitoring will be held under the mandate of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office Personal Representative along the line of contact near Azerbaijan's Gazakh district.
On the Azerbaijani side, the monitoring will be held by Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office, Andrzej Kasprzyk, and his field assistants Mikhail Olaru and Simon Tiller.
On the Azerbaijani territories occupied and controlled by Armenian armed forces, the monitoring will be held by Ghenadie Petrica and Ognjen Jovic, who are field assistants of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office Personal Representative.
