Putin: Russian anti-doping system fails
Russian anti-doping system has failed, we must admit it and establish those responsible, the Russian President Vladimir Putin said.
The President said that they must pay attention to WADA’s demands, because "we need to admit that some cases of doping have really been detected while doping is completely unacceptable. This means that the current Russian anti-doping system has failed, and this is our fault," Putin said at a meeting on the preparations for the 2019 World Winter Universiade.
Putin also stressed that the Investigative Committee to conclude the relevant investigation and establish those responsible, TASS reported.
