Red Cross visits Azerbaijani hostages in occupied Karabakh
Representatives of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) have visited Azerbaijani hostages, who were detained during the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, spokeswoman for the ICRC Baku office Ilaha Huseynova said.
"During the visit, the conditions of detention and treatment of detainees were monitored," Huseynova said.
Azerbaijani hostages Dilgam Asgarov and Shahbaz Guliyev were detained by the Armenian armed forces in July 2014 in the occupied Azerbaijani Kalbajar region. Moreover, an Azerbaijani citizen Elnur Huseynzade was also taken hostage in the direction of Talysh village in February this year.
