Sarkisyan meets with Pashinyan
Armenian President Armen Sarkisyan met with the leader of the opposition party Yelk, Nikol Pashinyan.
The head of state said that he hopes for a dialogue with the protesters.
The meeting between Sarkisyan and Pashinyan took place on the Republic Square in Yerevan during the opposition rally.
Sarkisyan added that he would meet with protesters later, RIA Novosti reports.
Recall that in Yerevan the opposition rallies against the appointment of former President Serzh Sargsyan to the post of head of government have been held for a week already.
