Shota Shalelashvili quits parliament
Shota Shalelashvili, a member of the parliamentary majority, is refusing his parliamentary mandate, InterPressNews reports.
Shota Shalelashvili has already filed a relevant application with the Chairman of the Parliament.
For his part, the Office of the Parliament Speaker told InterPressNews that MP Shota Shalelashvili was leaving the Parliament as he wanted to go back to his business activity.
Shota Shalelashvili was elected to the parliament on the basis of the proportional list of the Georgian Dream. He will be replaced by the candidate following him in the list.
