Tajik President’s helicopter kills airport chief
The head of the airport of the Tajik city of Khoro, Dildor Maksudshoev, died, escorting a helicopter with President Emomali Rahmon to Dushanbe.
"When the presidential helicopter began to take off, Dildor Maksudshoev was standing near it. A strong gust of wind of the working blades of the helicopter knocked him down, and Maksudshoev stroke a big stone lying next to him," the press service of the Tajik Interior Ministry said, RIA Novosti reports.
According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Maksudshoev died on his way to the hospital.
