US administration urges Russia to continue contacts
After the failed meeting between Russian president Vladimir Putin and US president Donald Trump, the representatives of the White House administration contacted the Kremlin administration and asked to continue the dialogue, presidential aide Yury Ushakov said today.
"There were contacts. It was proposed to continue contacts on the both sides, including with Bolton," RIA Novosti quotes Ushakov as saying.
The initiative of such contacts came from Americans, he added, having found it difficult to answer when it would be possible to talk about the preparations for the meeting of the leaders.
