Belarusian Mozyr Oil Refinery receives first Azerbaijani oil
An oil refinery in the Belarusian town of Mozyr has started being
supplied with Azerbaijani “Azeri Light” crude oil, a spokesman of the
refinery told Trend.

The contract for the supply of Azerbaijani oil was signed between the
"Belarusian Oil Company" and SOCAR (the State Oil Company of
Azerbaijan). According to this contract, Azerbaijan will deliver four
million tons of oil to Belarus. The oil will first be delivered to the
port of Yuzhnyi in Ukraine, from where it will be transported via the
Odessa-Brody and "Friendship" pipelines to Mozyr.

The Mozyr Oil Refinery was commissioned in 1975.
