Armenia’s Republican Party gets additional five votes

Recount of votes for elections to the Yerevan Council of Elders at polling station N1, initiated by the Armenian National Congress, has resulted in five additional votes for the Republican Party, reports.

Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev will visit Yerevan on September 8-9, his Armenian counterpart Ovik Abramyan said, Armenpress reports.Abramyan will receive Georgian Prime Minister Irakly Garibashvili on August 21-22 and visit Iran on September 15-17. Abramyan said that there were many programs associated with Russia, Georgia and Iran.

Georgian Prime Minister Irakly Garibashvili will visit Armenia on August 21-22 to meet Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan and Prime Minister Ovik Abramyan, Trend reports.They will discuss economic and political affairs, the situation after Georgia signed the EU Association Agreement and Armenia joining the Customs Union, as well as Georgia’s plans to impose a visa regime on Armenia on September 1, 2014.The latter will force all foreigners willing to stay in Georgia for over 90 days to get visas in the Georgian Foreign Ministry or consulates.
