Kazakhstan will leave Eurasian Economic Union if its national interests are violated
Kazakhstan will leave the Eurasian Economic Union if its national interests are violated, Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev is quoted as saying by Trend.
"If the rules spelled out in the agreement are not observed, Kazakhstan will enjoy its right to leave the body," Nazarbayev said.
He also underlined that Kazakhstan will never agree to give up any of its sovereign rights. "Our independence is our main achievement, we have been struggling for it for so many years," he said.
