6 die in car crash in Turkey

A bus crashed killing six people and injuring twelve in the Turkish province of Tokat, Trend reports.

The surviving victims were taken to the nearest hospital.

A passenger bus overturned in Turkey’s south-east province of Bingol as the bus driver lost control, 48 people were injured. All the injured were taken to nearby hospitals, two of them were listed in critical condition, the Turkish newspaper Milliyet reported. A criminal case has been launched into the accident.

The Foreign Ministers of Azerbaijan, Turkey and Turkmenistan at a meeting in Ashgabat will discuss energy projects that are important not only for the region but also for Europe, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkey Mevlut Cavusoglu said today.  According to the Turkish Foreign Minister, of special importance is the joint work of the three countries, "Novosti-Azerbaijan" reported, referring to the Turkish news agency Anadolu.

A test train official launch ceremony will be held today as part of the Baku-Tbilisi-Kars (BTK) railway construction project on the territory of Georgia - Kartsakhi- Akhalkalaki (the Georgian-Turkish border).  Georgian Minister of Economy Giorgi Kvirikashvili and Transport Minister Ziya Mammadov will attend the official ceremony, Trend cited the Georgian ministry of economy.
