Turkmenistan organizes special flight to Mecca for pilgrims

Turkmenkhovayellary, the state airlines of Turkmenistan, organized a special flight of 188 pilgrims to Mecca and Medina (Saudi Arabia) on a Boeing-757, Trend reports.

Turkmenistan has been sponsoring pilgrims' visits to Mecca since 2001.

Three American contractors were killed at the military airport in the Afghan capital Kabul.  Also during the attack one Afghan citizen was killed.  A representative of the coalition forces said that an investigation has been opened. It is possible that the attack was organized by one of the employees of the airport or local military.

 10 priests and two laymen have been sentenced in Spain’s Granada for pedophilic acts with four altar boys in 2004-2007, Reuters reports.One of the victims currently aged 24 sent a letter to Pope Francis, describing the acts. A criminal case was initiated. The Pope apologized to the victim personally by phone.

Yesterday elements of the Islamic State group abducted 30 civilians from the area of al-Rashidiyah, located in central Mosul.  "The IS group accused the kidnapped individuals of cooperation with the Peshmerga forces and drove them to an unknown destination," RIA Novosti cited the source.
