Abkhaz rescuers find body of St. Petersburg tourist
Today, employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Abkhazia found a body of a tourist from St. Petersburg, who fell into the river in the Gudauta region on August 12, the press service of the republican Ministry of Emergency Situations informed.
"The body of a young woman from St. Petersburg, who disappeared as a result of an accident, was found in the Bzyb River. Divers of the State Inspectorate for Small Vessels of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Abkhazia and volunteers took part in the search work. They found the girl's body 100 meters from the accident site, downstream, under a rock at a depth of about four meters,” the press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Abkhazia informed, TASS reports.
