Armenia's State Revenue Committee puzzled by Sargsyan's crocodile eggs
Armenian businessman Garik Sargsyan, who wants to set up a crocodile farm in the Ararat province, is not allowed to bring crocodile eggs to Armenia because of customs clearance problem.
The businessman said he did not know when the first crocodile eggs will be brought to Armenia because it is not clear how the eggs should be categorized - bird eggs or mammal eggs. He said that hey do not fall into any category, ARKA reported.
According to Sargsyan, crocodiles will be bred in incubators, but it is not known yet when the first "local" crocodile will hatch. In his words, the farm will also treat crocodile meat to all those who would like to taste it.
