Azerbaijan's live-fire tactical-special exercises start in Nakhchivan (PHOTO)
Live-fire tactical-special exercises began in air defense military units of the Combined-Arms Army stationed in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, according to the website of the Azerbaijani ministry of Defense.
The exercises began with the declaring of the "Alert" signal, the reflection of the first air strikes of the imaginary enemy, the conduct of combat work in command control posts.
During the live-fire stage of the exercises, enemy's air and ground targets were destroyed using air defense weapons. The aviation of the Combined-Arms Army imitating the air targets of the imaginary enemy was also involved in exercises.
