Azerbaijan to start disconnecting electricity from midday November 22
National grid operator Azərişıq has released a warning to its consumers that have debts on electric power payment, abc.az reports.
According to the operator, starting from 12 am on 22 November it will disconnect such consumers from power supply. The same measure will be applied to those who illegally connected to the grid system. In this case, the debtor consumer will also be applied a measure envisaged by law.
Shortage of electricity is already felt in Baku – many places are either disconnected from the street lighting, or are lighted by 1 or 2 hours less than normal.
