Baku court arrests 14 Armenian citizens accused of war crimes in absentia

A court in Baku decided to detain 14 Armenian servicemen in absentia. All of them are accused of committing war crimes against the Azerbaijani state.

Garegin Khalujyan, Ruslan Peklivanyan, Armen Martoyan, Sipan Muradyan, Ardas Oksuzyan, Galust Trapizonyan, Tonayan David Samvelovich, Garo Karapetyan, Eduar Sahakyan, Victor Alexandrov, Alexander Anakhasyan, Andrei Aksyzyan, Seyran Kochamanyan are accused on the bases of Articles 100 (planning, preparing, unleashing or waging an aggressive war), 114 (mercenary activity), 120 (premeditated murder), 186 (intentional destruction of or damage to the property), 218 (organization of a criminal community), 279 (creation of armed formations or groups not provided for by law) and 318 (illegal crossing of the AR state border AR) of the Criminal Code of Azerbaijan.
