Belgium urges EU to put pressure on Kiev

Belgian Foreign Minister Didier Reynders at the Crans Montana Forum in Brussels said that the alternative to the execution of the Minsk agreement can only be frozen indefinitely conflict or, worse, a "hot" armed conflict, which are both unacceptable.

"Normalization of relations with our Russian partners will depend on the improvement of the situation in the eastern regions of Ukraine. Terms of the Minsk Agreement in its entirety can only be performed by both parties",  he stressed.

"Kiev has to be forced to implement reforms, including constitutional and social",  RIA Novosti quotes Reinders.
