Cinematographers of Georgia and Azerbaijan to present their version of Robinson Crusoe
In November a new adaptation of the famous novel 'Robinson Crusoe' by the English writer Daniel Defoe comes out on the big screen: a movie titled 'Robinson and the Nine Fridays' will be presented by filmmakers of Azerbaijan and Georgia, the Imedi TV channel reports.
Such stars of cinema, theater and entertainment as Vakhtang Kikabidze, Kakhi Kavsadze, Keti Topuria, Dato Hudzhadze, Achiko Meparidze and others starred in the feature film of the comedy genre, made by Georgian director Giorgi Kikaleishvili.
"It is an absolutely apolitical, fun and delicious comedy. I think it's time to let everyone know that positive things also happen in life, and we should not fixate only on the negative," Sputnik Georgia quoted the director of the film as saying.
