Georgia reports 1,147 new cases of coronavirus, 20 deaths
According to stopcov.ge, as part of the intensive testing, 20,129 tests were conducted across the country in the last 24 hours, including 6,667 antigen tests and 13,462 PCR tests, InterPressNews reports.
The testing revealed 1,147 new cases of the virus in the last 24 hours. The total number of confirmed cases since the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic in the country amounts to 311,457.
As of April 30, the daily positive rate is 5.70%, for the last 14 days - 4.87%, and for 7 days - 5.13%.
In the last 24 hours, 690 people recovered from the virus, and the total number of recoveries increased to 291,457. 20 new deaths from coronavirus were reported in the last 24 hours. A total of 4,130 people have died from the virus since the pandemic spread.
