Georgia reports 1,562 new COVID-19 cases
Georgia has reported 1,562 new COVID-19 cases, 1,490 recoveries and 30 deaths in the past 24 hours.
29,685 tests have been conducted around the country on the weekend. 21,443 of the 29,685 tests were rapid tests, while the remaining 8,242 were PCR tests.
The country has had 332,441 cases of coronavirus since February 26, 2020. 4.85% of tested individuals had COVID-19 in the past 14 days.
312,349 of the 332,441 patients have recovered, while 4,499 have died from the virus.
Currently 15,567 individuals remain infected with Covid-19. 4,343 patients are undergoing treatment in hospitals as of today. 917 of the 4,343 patients are in critical condition. 212 of the 917 critical patients are on artificial ventilation. 23,637 individuals are in self-isolation.
4,621,000 tests have been conducted in the country so far, Agenda.ge reported.
