Georgia reports 25 COVID-19 cases
Georgia has reported 25 new COVID-19 cases today, bringing the total number of cases to 1,250.
As of today 223 individuals remain infected with COVID-19 in Georgia who tested positive for the coronavirus in the country, 1,010 of the 1,250 patients have recovered, while 17 others have died.
Adding to the 223 active infections, there are 38 other COVID-19 patients in the country who tested positive for the coronavirus abroad and were transported to the homeland.
In total, there are 261 Covid-19 patients in Georgia as of August 10, Agenda.ge reported.
Georgia reported its first case of the coronavirus on February 26, 2020. Since then more than 258,000 individuals have been tested for the coronavirus in the country.
