Georgia reports 699 new COVID-19 cases
Georgia has reported 699 new cases of coronavirus, 614 recoveries and nine deaths in the past 24 hours.
34,104 tests were conducted around the country in the past 24 hours. 20,282 of the 34,104 tests were rapid tests, while the remaining 13,822 were PCR tests.
The country has had 362,183 cases of coronavirus since February 26, 2020. 2.45% of tested individuals had Covid-19 in the past 14 days. 348,267 of the 362,183 patients have recovered, while 5,237 have died from the virus.
Currently 8,653 individuals remain infected with Covid-19. 2,592 patients are undergoing treatment in hospitals as of today. 657 of the 2,592 patients are in critical condition. 166 of the 657 critical patients are on artificial ventilation. 7,923 individuals are in self-isolation.
More than 5,686,000 tests have been conducted in the country so far, Agenda.ge reported.
