Georgia reports 705 new COVID-19 cases

Georgia has reported 705 new cases of coronavirus, 1,128 recoveries and 14 deaths in the past 24 hours. 

33,253 tests were conducted around the country in the past 24 hours. 19,138 of the 33,253 tests were rapid tests, while the remaining 14,115 were PCR tests. 

The country has had 351,954 cases of coronavirus since February 26, 2020. 2.75% of tested individuals had Covid-19 in the past 14 days. 337,023 of the 351,954 patients have recovered, while 4,996 have died from the virus. 

Currently 9,909 individuals remain infected with Covid-19. 3,230 patients are undergoing treatment in hospitals as of today. 689 of the 3,230 patients are in critical condition. 193 of the 689 critical patients are on artificial ventilation. 14, 924 individuals are in self-isolation.
