German Chancellor offers condolences over deadly attack in Crimea's Kerch
The German government and Chancellor Angela Merkel are offering their condolences to the people injured in the attack on a college in Crimea's Kerch earlier on Wednesday and the families of the victims, Steffen Seibert, the spokesman for the government, said, UrduPoint reported.
An attack, which left at least 19 dead and almost 40 injured, appears to have been carried out by a young man, who shot at other college students and may have detonated an explosive device.
"Devastating reports of the attack on a school in Crimea: Chancellor Merkel mourns the many lost young lives. Our sympathy goes out to the families of the victims and all the injured," Seibert said on Twitter.
