Igor Neverov replaces Alexander Manzhosin
This afternoon, by two decrees, Russian President Vladimir Putin replaced the head of the Presidential Office for Foreign Policy.
Alexander Manzhosin was resigned by the first decree, Igor Neverov was appointed by the second one.
Recall that Alexander Manzhosin headed the presidential Office for Foreign Policy since 2004. Igor Neverov, in turn, was the head of the Second European Department of the Russian Foreign Ministry.
