Iran and China discuss JCPOA
Iran's Deputy Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi held talks in Beijing with China's Deputy Foreign Ministry Ma Zhaoxu about the latest developments with regard to the JCPOA.
They also discussed the meeting of the JCPOA Commission at the level of deputy foreign ministers fixed for December 6
Araghchi highlighted that the JCPOA is a great achievement in diplomacy and multilateralism, and Chinese friends insist that this achievement must be upheld, IRNA reported.
The top diplomat noted that his meeting with the Chinese side discussed various aspects of the JCPOA, different plans and ideas that exist, as well as the issues related to the IAEA, the UN Security Council and trade cooperation such as INSTEX.
