Iran's Foreign Ministry: EU should speed up efforts to save nuclear deal
Iran's Foreign Ministry Spokesman Bahram Ghasemi voiced dissatisfaction with the "slow" progress made in the European Union’s package of proposals with regard to the Iran nuclear deal, saying it is mostly due to the holiday season in European countries.
“Europeans and other signatories of the deal have been trying to save the deal ... but the process has been slow. It should be accelerated,” Reuters cited the minister as saying.
“Iran relies mainly on its own capabilities to overcome America’s new sanctions," Ghasemi told a news conference broadcast on state TV.
