Israel reportedly launches strike on Hezbollah target in Syria near Golan Heights
Israel Defense Forces have reportedly launched a missile strike against a target in Syria located near the Golan Heights, i24News reported.
Syrian government news agency SANA reported on Thursday that an Israeli projectile landed in Tel Brika near the suburbs of Quneitra province.
According to the state news agency, the IDF fired at the position after detecting "Hezbollah activity" in the area. Israel has not commented on the incident.
The Britain-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said regime loyalists are present in the area targeted by Thursday's rocket attack.
It did not report any casualties.
