Israeli Air Force struck houses of Hamas commanders (VIDEO)
Israeli armed forces struck the houses of five Hamas commanders in the Gaza Strip, the Israeli Air Force reported on its Twitter page.
"110 munitions and 62 fighter jets: overnight, the IAF struck approximately 65 terror targets in the Gaza Strip as part of the fourth strike on the Hamas ‘Metro’ tunnel system. Additionally, we struck the houses of five commanders in the Hamas terror organization, terror infrastructure, rocket launchers aimed at Israeli civilians, and more," the statement reads.
The Israeli Air Force also reported that about 90 rockets were fired at Israel from the Gaza Strip from 19:00 local time Monday to 07:00 Tuesday.
About 20 rockets fell in the Gaza Strip itself, the report said. Israel’s air defense systems intercepted dozens of rockets.
