Kremlin explains change in venue for Putin's Annual Presidential Address

Russian President Vladimir Putin will address the Federal Assembly not at the Kremlin’s St George Hall, but at Manege exhibition hall, Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov said.

The presidential spokesman explained that the decision was made due with the increase in the number of guests and the use of new technologies, Interfax reported.

Putin will deliver the Annual Presidential Address to the Federal Assembly on March 1.
