Lukashenko and Janelidze hold talks in Minsk
Today, Georgian Foreign Minister Mikhail Dzhanelidze began a two-day official visit to Belarus.
In Minsk, he held talks with President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko.
"We are always ready to work together and cooperate ... you are not strangers to us ... there are many joint pages in our history," the head of state said during a meeting with the Georgian Foreign Minister. "A whole complex of impressions, knowledge and relations pushes us to continue very close cooperation and friendly relations with Georgian people," Lukashenko said. He also drew attention to the fact that Belarus and Georgia have been actively developing relations recently.
