Macron urges to review Schengen Area
French President Emmanuel Macron said that the Schengen Area should be reviewed, and a number of countries should possibly be excluded from it.
"To be open, you need limits; to welcome someone, you need a house, so you need borders," Reuters cited Macron as saying.
The French leader noted that is should not be ruled out that after the revision there would be less states in the Schengen at the expense of those countries that "do not want to ensure common borders."
He also stressed that it was necessary to completely restructure the development policy and migration policy.
