Manuel Valls: France never stopped dialogue with Russia
In anticipation of the visit of French President Francois Hollande to Moscow, Prime Minister Manuel Valls stated that the dialogue between Moscow and Paris never stopped, the parties regularly exchange views on Syria and Ukraine.
"Tomorrow the President of the Republic will be in Moscow, he will meet with Russian President Vladimir Putin. The dialogue with the Russian authorities never stopped, nor on Ukraine and the implementation of the Minsk Agreement, neither on Syria – this dialogue was regular. Just a few weeks ago the Russian leader was in Paris, and he and President Hollande discussed Syria," RIA Novosti quoted him as saying.
