Maria Zakharova to Vestnik Kavkaza: Ukraine needs serious international help
Ukraine is currently in need of serious international help, Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova said at a briefing, answering the request from Vestnik Kavkaza.
"Now there is a need for showing Kiev its place by those countries, governments and politicians, which for many years inspired it to follow such a policy," Maria Zakharova explained.
"The increasingly rampant regime is a man-made phenomenon, the result of experiments on state structure and democracy, which was conducted by Western colleagues - the United States, European structures and individual European countries," the official representative of the Foreign Ministry pointed out.
"It seems to me that the time has come to act responsibly towards the problem. We should speak closer to reality and certainly without sarcasm about providing real help to Ukraine, because its provocative actions have gone too far under the leadership of its president," Maria Zakharova concluded.
