Only snap elections will help Georgia to overcome political crisis, Burzhdanadze says
The leader of the United Georgia party, ex-speaker of the parliament Nino Burjanadze said that a snap election is a way out of the political crisis in any democratic country.
She commented on the political situation that emerged after the parliamentary elections on October 31. The opposition announced the elections were falsified and refused to enter parliament, demanding snap elections. Then the opposition began to prepare for permanent protests in the spring.
