Pashinyan dismisses Balayan as Armenia's deputy defense minister
Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan signed a decree on Tuesday dismissing Gabriel Balayan as deputy defense minister.
Yesterday, Balayan said that he had submitted a letter of resignation, explaining this by omissions. Balayan was appointed to this position on May 29, 2018.
On November 20, the Armenian president dismissed Davit Tonoyan as defense minister. Vagharshak Harutyunyan has been appointed to this poistin.
