Pashinyan on Grigoryan case: no compromises in fighting corruption
Armenia's Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan commented the case of Yerkrapah Volunteer Union Chairman and Republican Party of Armenia MP Manvel Grigoryan.
He said the video footage has shocked Armenian citizens.
He noted that such operations are not carried out in one day, but are a result of previous large-scale work. Pashinyan expressed hope that the investigation into this case will be carried out at the proper level.
Pashinyan said that there will be no compromises in the fight against corruption. "We announced that corruption will be eradicated in Armenia and no one doubts that we will achieve this goal through the most decisive and effective steps," he stressed.
"All participants in this robbery should be identified and held responsible," ARKA cited Pashinyan as saying.
